To cancel an order, customers can contact our customer service before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, if we detect any fraudulent or non-compliant transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion, without prior notification to the customer. We maintain a negative list of customers with a history of fraudulent transactions, and we may deny them access to our website or cancel any orders they place.


At Masaley, as we handle food products, our company has a strict policy of no returns or exchanges. However, we understand that in the rare event of a damaged product being delivered, we will facilitate an exchange. To initiate a redressal for a damaged product, kindly contact our customer service at within 48 hours of delivery.

We will handle each such case individually and address it on a case-by-case basis. Please refrain from returning the product to the manufacturer and ensure that you provide your receipt number for a speedy resolution to the issue of a damaged product.


Upon receipt and inspection of a damaged product return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your replacement product. If your return is approved, we will process and ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
